Linda: "We had a great time! Communication and check-in was extremely easy and flexible and the small apartment is located very well so we could walk everywhere. There are also many bars and restaurants around the corner. Thanks for the snacks and drinks in the apartment, Alessandro - what a nice surprise! We were also able to leave our bags after checkout which was very convenient. We were happy with our choice and would recommend the apartment to other travelers!"
Marcell & Annabella: "We had a great time in Alessandro's apartment. We recommend this apartment to anyone arriving by train. The location of the apartment is perfect, since it is very close to the train station (no need to carry luggage all over the city and bridges with steps!). The check-in process was also very smooth and fast. Even though we arrived in the morning, they let us check in early, but that too was very positive and beneficial. We visited Venice in November, so the heating was also important in the evening. The apartment is well equipped in this regard too (it also has air conditioning but we didn't try). The windows of the apartment overlook a small courtyard, so it is very quiet. The apartment also has an elevator, which can be useful, as the buildings in the city are very old and the steps are narrow. Also in the apartment there were many appliances such as the Nespresso machine, the kettle, the refrigerator, the hairdryer, etc. Also at checkout Alessandro was very flexible, and there was the possibility to store our luggage in the house in a safe place since we left the city later than the time check-out. Overall we had a great time in Venice and found very comfortable accommodation thanks to Alessandro. We recommend this apartment to everyone."
Anjali: "This loft is the most wonderful stay in beautiful Venice: the hosts were honestly the most attentive and communicative, with brilliant local advice on everything from Tramazzini to live music, to walks, to restaurants and everything in between. The penthouse is immaculate, clean, everything has been thought of - breakfast, milk, eggs, coffee - even the wine to be enjoyed on arrival. And the view from the terrace is incredible - complete with outdoor furniture and blankets to snuggle up to while enjoying the view. I would never tire of recommending this place or the hosts enough. This is the perfect base for exploring!"

Rudolf: "The 'mini ' loft has everything you need for a multi-day stay in Venice. Communication with Alessandro was easy, super fast and always positive. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, climb a narrow staircase and feel good! The open loft is a welcoming oasis for true Venetian travels. The roof terrace overlooking part of the Grand Canal is a real eye-catcher. Food basics are available. In addition, a good bottle of red wine and a bottle of Prosecco as well as other cold drinks. Despite the lively city, the loft was very quiet. A great TV is available with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other providers, even in German (we didn't use it, but we tried it). Fast WiFi, air conditioning, heating - everything is available. We spent very nice days in Venice and felt 'at home ' in the loft."
Richard: "I have stayed in many other places in Venice, and they were all nice. However, Alessandro's apartment has everything you need AND the location is on top of any other place I've stayed: right across the bridge from the train station, a five minute walk from the bus station and directly in front of the canal from vaporetto n. 1 which will take you to all the main stops you want to reach. In short, it cannot be typed."
